Island for your dream wedding. We offer three amazing locations on the Estate that can be rented. We also offer
wedding packages that include catering, cakes, floral design, Disc Jockey and a wedding coordinator. We can
provide much more if so desired.
We have three different breathtaking wedding and reception locations, each about six acres in size. All three
locations have several different sites on each; all of which are beautifully lined by the lake, making the most amazing
settings and spectacular photographs for your special day. Sights, sounds and scenes that create lifelong memories.
Your wedding site, whichever you choose, will feel open and unencumbered. The warm feeling that runs deeply
through this majestic estate is something you and your guest will cherish for a lifetime.

wedding a reality. Our goal is to provide you with the ease of including everything you need here so that your
wedding day is truly magical. Below is the beginning price list for our packages. Below, you will find our basic
wedding packages that can be upgraded to meet all of your desires.
Beginning packages include:
• Your chosen location
• Ceremony and reception site set up
• Tables with white linens, chairs and white chair covers for 75 guests
• Hors d’oeuvres for 75 guests. You may choose from the caterers menu
• Floral design, bridal bouquet, three bridesmaid bouquets and three groomsmen and two father
boutonnières, four mother and grandmother corsages, two medium size flower arrangements that can be used
for the food table or ceremony site
• Disc jockey for reception
• Brides’ and Grooms’ cakes
• Wedding coordinator
Custom packages are available; there is virtually nothing that can't be provided! Just ask and it will be done for you!
