Island for your dream wedding. We offer three amazing locations on the Estate that can be rented for your wedding.
We also offer wedding packages that include catering, cakes, floral design, Disc Jockey and a wedding coordinator.
We can provide much more if so desired.
We have three different breathtaking wedding and reception locations, each about six acres in size. All three
locations have several different sites on each; all of which are beautifully lined by the lake, making the most amazing
settings and spectacular photographs for your special day. Sights, sounds and scenes that create lifelong memories.
Your wedding site, whichever you choose, will feel open and unencumbered. The warm feeling that runs deeply
through this majestic estate is something you and your guest will cherish for a lifetime.

very special day! All weddings are custom tailored to suit your specific dreams and visions. Due to the vast array of
variations that may involve, there is no way that prices can be quoted prior to your visit and sharing your vision with
us. We want to assure you that your special day is custom planned just for you! We do not mass package weddings
where yours is just like someone else's! Our facility can accommodate up to approximately 400 - 500 guests, or
possibly more. The "Mansion" and/or "Island" site IS on Oak Island, approximately six acres in size.

• Ceremony and reception site set up
• Tables with white linens, chairs and white chair covers for 75 guests
• Food is tailored to your taste, whether Hors D'oeuvres, buffet style, plated sit-down dinner, whether casual or
formal! You may choose from our menu for your selections or create your own menu.
• Floral design for ceremony, reception, bouquets, corsages and boutonnières, etc.
• Disc jockey (DJ) for processional, ceremony and reception
• Brides’ and Grooms’ cakes
• Wedding coordinator
• Bartender
• Bands (musical) if desired
